The purpose of the Oasis of Hope New Member Ministry is to foster an attitude and climate in the church that will facilitate the assimilation and maturation of new members that God adds to the church family.  The New Member Ministry will plan, implement and supervise assimilation and nurturing activities which will engage the whole church family in praying for, follow-up and discipline of new members.
